This policy explains what information Big Bear Jeep Experience collects through bigbearjeepexperience.com, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It covers this website only.
Big Bear Jeep Experience is run by Big Bear Off-Road Experience, Inc.
This website has no forms of its own. To book a tour you use the FareHarbor calendar described below. If you call us, we use what you tell us only to answer you and arrange your tour.
Online bookings are made through FareHarbor, a booking service. When you open the booking calendar or make a booking, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number and payment card) go to FareHarbor, which processes the payment and sends your confirmation. We receive your booking details from FareHarbor so we can run your trip, and we use them only for that and for contacting you about your booking. While the calendar is open, FareHarbor also loads its own feature and usage-measurement services (featureassets.org, prodregistryv2.org and fareharbor.engineering). FareHarbor handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser type. We use them only to keep the site secure and working. The logs are rotated daily and normally deleted after seven days.
This website does not use analytics, session recording or advertising trackers.
Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When your browser loads them, those companies receive your IP address and basic browser information, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
This website does not set its own cookies for visitors. The booking calendar is provided by FareHarbor, which sets its own cookies on fareharbor.com (such as fh-sticking-routing and language preferences) when the calendar loads. Google may set cookies if you interact with an embedded map.
If you change settings in the accessibility menu, your choices are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. You can clear them, and any cookies, in your browser settings.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this website does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can still control cookies through your browser settings.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, call (909) 420-5828, or use our contact page. We will answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
