Our trips depart at 9 AM, 1:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. We request that you arrive 15 minutes early before the scheduled departure time, and please do not be late!

All drivers must be at least 21 years-old with a valid driver's license to be qualified to drive one of our jeeps independently. Drivers 19-20 years of age are also permitted to drive a jeep, but they must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

The minimum age of children allowed to ride in our jeeps is 2 years old. All children must be accompanied by proper parental supervision.

We have a 100% cancellation charge for less than 48 hours' notice. There is no cancellation charge with more than 48 hours' notice.

We recommend that everyone dresses and prepares as if they were going on a hike. Because we like to ride with our hardtops off we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sunscreen. And don't forget to bring your camera to capture the experience!

Our 2-door jeeps can accommodate up to three guests. And our 4-door jeeps can accommodate up to five passengers.

Yes, you can have up to two drivers per jeep.

There are some areas that we will be able to walk and hike up some trails.

Our tours operate rain or shine. Any cancellations will be determined by our guide after a thorough evaluation of any severe weather conditions. Big Bear is located in the San Bernardino Mountains which has several microclimates. If it does rain on our tour it is usually short-lived. The rainfall offers a unique opportunity for rainbows and waterfalls providing spectacular photo opportunities.

You can bring snacks on your trip. You will be able to eat on the trail at one of our stops. We will also provide snacks and beverages that you enjoy during the stops.

Yes, we can split the payments anyway you perfer.

You and your party will be the only passengers in the vehicle. The exception will only be if another vehicle in the tour breaks down and we have to transport passengers back.

Yes, it is customary to tip your guide. The usual gratuity is 10-20%, but we would never limit you. We can add the gratuity to your charge card or you can tip your guide directly.

WHAT'S NOT PERMITTED

• NO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL - Big Bear Jeep Experience does not permit the the operating of any vehicle to any person while under the influence of drugs or alchol. If we suspect you of being under the influence we will cancel your tour and NO refund will be issued.
• NO BAD ATTITUDE - At Big Bear Jeep Expeirence we enjoy having fun! We ask that anyone with a bad attitude choose another activity.
• NO SMOKING - We do not allow any smoking in our vehicles. Smoking can be available at stops made along the tour, but must be outside the vehicle.
• NO LARGE COOLERS - Our space in the vehicle is limited and we cannot accommodate large coolers in our vehicles.
• NO WEAPONS - At Big Bear Jeep Experience we pratice the highest level of saftey for our staff and guests, and would ask that weapons of any kind remain home.
• NO DOGS - We love our furry four-legged friends, but we cannot accommodate them in our jeeps.
• NO FLYING DRONES WHILE DRIVING - Flying drones while operating our jeeps is not allowed at any time.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Big Bear Jeep Experience is open year round, seven days a week (weather and availablity permitting).
• Reservations are recommened to be made prior to anticipated tour date.
• Big Bear Jeep Experience reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any tour due to weather or unsafe coniditons, including driver or vehicle mechanical issues.
• Prices are per jeep and do not include guide gratuity.
• Tour size is 1 jeep.
• No refund will be given for less than a 24 hour notice.
